Folks…I am a blessed man. In my years I have had many travels and accumulated many stories. I have lived in the mountains and spent many years along our great coastlines. The LORD has allowed me to witness sunrise over the seas and sunsets beneath blue forests. I’ve soaked in tall tales from weathered old sea captains, and strong-willed mountain folk alike. At some point, (I don’t know when,) I became one of those old people. A grumpy old man who has fought, and with GOD’s grace, survived four stage IV cancer battles, survived things when I was young and stupid that makes us old and wise.
I spend most mornings gazing at the mountain mist as it rises with the morning sun, and I remember those tall tales. I put as many to paper as I can recall, this disease is slowly stealing them from me. I just thought I might drop a THANK YOU note to THE TIN CUP CLAN readers, for your time and for allowing me to be part of (in a small way) your busy day.
What a pleasant thought and you are very welcome 🙂
